New Seld

Also referred to as New Seldam, Crownside, or Tamerslide, New Seld was a building that, according to the 1633 edition of Stow’s Survey of London, was an edifice located in the Mercery in West Cheape Gap in transcription. Reason: Editorial omission for reasons of length or relevance. Use only in quotations in born-digital documents.[…] under Bow Church. in the Pa-rish of St. Mary de Arcubus in London (Stow 1633, sig. 2B3r).
