VLAN/Sanako/DHCP update

Posted by gregster on 25 Apr 2007 in Labs, Activity log
It appears that in order for a ghost operation to work the ghost server and the client need to be on the same vlan. I deleted the node for lab-b-24 in IPAdmin, set the port to be on the new VLAN, and set station 24 to dhcp and only then was I able to do any ghost-ey things. I've also tested some functionality in the Sanako environment and so far everything works, even with Squash and the teacher station on different vlans.
