LABS: hardware failures

Posted by gregster on 25 Apr 2007 in Labs, Activity log

I've replaced another dead HDD in Lab B, this time on station 14. I replaced it with the last good 30GB drive and have imaged it - the machine is now functional.
note:There are also several new 80GB drives in use now.

I also note a number of very noisy machines. The noise is likely from chipset fans going bad.
