I've completed a first pass at the new XP build and pulled an image. In order to get a new machine in to the lab I'll need to add a DVD reader from the current lab machine (let's say it'll take 45 minutes total) and ghost the new box (about 15 minutes). This obviously means around 1 hour per machine and 47 hours for both labs. With the expected interruptions and inevitable hardware problems that go with this kind of chore I imagine that I can have the labs replaced in about 2 weeks.
