Cocoon/eXist on Lettuce finally seems to be working!

Posted by mholmes on 31 Jan 2007 in Servers, Activity log

Thanks to Greg and Ryan, we have a working Cocoon 2.1.10/eXist 1.1.1 build. Tested it by uploading data from three projects, EMLS, ScanCan and Katakana. All seem to be functioning well, and PDFs are rendering in ScanCan. Katakana is now operating out of its own home webapps folder, as are the others.

The next steps are porting Mariage, and building Range Indexes on Katakana to see what kind of performance improvements we get. Fingers crossed... we may have our next stable environment going at last. The biggest tasks then will be porting the ACH and the Graves projects.
