The font size for annotation menu entries was too small in the Dijon theme, so I commented out its font-size: x-small setting. Also experimented with changing stylesheets in the image markup pages: it doesn't work properly, because there are two stylesheets in the page, and you can only switch one at a time in the browser. Clearly we need to get the Cocoon-based style-switching organized.
