The next incarnation of our project Le mariage sous L'Ancien Régime is now live at mariage.uvic.ca. It's still officially a beta version, but all the pieces are in place.

Le mariage sous L'Ancien Régime has been updated, with new styles (two so far, but more coming soon), and substantial reorganization. The XML file format has been updated to a pure TEI P5, using the new TEI Facsimile module instead of SVG. There are now 58 marked up engravings on the site, as well as various prose and verse texts.
Le mariage sous L'Ancien Régime has received a three-year SSHRC grant that will enable us to expand our work, digitizing and marking up more texts and images, and providing a more sophisticated interface to the anthology.
Finished updating the XSLT code, and uploaded new versions of all the image docs to the database. Everything seems to be working OK now.
I'm just updating the document format from the old Image Markup Tool format to the new 1.4 format, and in the process, the XSLT which renders the image pages isn't functional. It should be working by the end of the day.
The Mariage blog has been set up, and Claire Carlin added as a user.
