Finished modifying courses.php to look for [profname][coursenum]outline.pdf as well as description.inc and handle their existence or not appropriately. Also wrote instructions to LW in philosophy on where the pdf files need to be uploaded to. Also updated the courses_offered.php and courses_taught.php files with summer 2008 info.
