The code in courses.php looks for a file called [profnamecode][coursenum]outline.pdf in the same folder as the description.inc file (course_handouts/[year]/[profnamecode]/[coursenum]) If it finds that file, it creates a link called "course outline" on the same line as the "as taught by Dr x". If it finds any other files, it creates text "course Materials" on the following line and then each file is linked to its filename.
