Discovered that the background colour and the colour in the background image of the templates provided by web office are not the same red. Also discovered that in the specification, the RGB, Hex, CMYK and Pantone do not all specify the same red. Asked BD to correct the immediate problem with the image file and informed her of the bigger problem with the spec. Implemented the new image file and css when I got it from her.
