Sarah called to ask how to use Jennifer's contribute setup to edit files in the Humanities site. Showed her how to get a contribute session going (through a button in the toolbar in FireFox as it turned out), and how to use the contribute editor to edit text, create links, create anchors etc.

Only significant problem is that when I add her netlink ID to the htaccess file in the admin folder, she is unable to authenticate. She is able to authenticate on the netlink.uvic.ca page, but not in the humanities site. Helpdesk had no answer. I tried adding lang02 to the htaccess file and that worked, so it's not simply a time-lag problem. Unless she is entering her password incorrectly (unlikely as she's authenticating on netlink page), there must be something weird about her account. Will follow up with sysadmin.
