The decision is made (forced on us, really, due to problems with the Mariage schema), and the updates have been planned in detail.

The problems we've encountered with getting working XSD versions of the SVG DTD have convinced me, finally, that I need to move the IMT over to using RNG schemas rather than XSD. This will be done in the next version, and I've added it as a task.
