I'm still in a debate with Con T. and others on the TEI list about which attribute is appropriate for linking <div>s to <zone>s in IMT. This has taken quite a bit of time over the last little while, and I can't release the new version till it's settled. I favour @facs, and so far the debate seems to be tending that way too.
