0.50 hours: Update Jenkins servers. Spent some time checking that updates on one server were indeed done automatically, and not lagging behind.
1.50 hours: TEI: Meeting with SB and NC to work on ODD processing project.
5.00 hours: DVPP: Many fixes and changes to site organization and style per AC; revised encoding of several poems while adding more documentation for the new encoding methods.

Tuesday 2022-03-01

0.50 hours: Update Jenkins servers. Did two lots of updates during the day because I noticed a fresh security patch, and reboots were needed.
1.75 hours: HCMC: Staff meeting and follow-up.
0.75 hours: MAJW: Created a condensed explanation of how to set up a cron job and ant task to dump db to disk and pull it into svn for SA and TEH.
0.25 hours: Admin: Timesheets.
4.00 hours: DVPP: More updates to site style and content, and more poems re-encoded.

0.25 hours: Update Jenkins servers.
0.50 hours: Maint: Testing HCMC Journal and reporting to TEH.
0.50 hours: LEMDO: Added Schematron rule and tested per ticket in Teams.
4.50 hours: DVPP: CSS work on stats table for mobile display; fixes for other rendering issues; new front copy integrated; consistent application of title element to DVPP initialism; many periodicals updated; bugfix for Christmas Issue auto-tagging error; more poems tweaked in Chartist.
1.50 hours: LEMDO: Had to give up on Teams as a ticketing tool because students cannot see comments; set up a GitHub repo instead, and migrated my current tickets over there. Also created milestones and labels as required.

0.50 hours: ProD: Learning the basics of Neo4j.
1.00 hours: LEMDO/DVPP: Meeting with JJ to plan ENGL500 encoding work, and to walkthrough xpr file structure and usage in LEMDO,
0.75 hours: Maint: Updating Saxon to new 10.7 version in all live projects.
1.00 hours: HCMC Journal: Discussions with TEH on XSLT for old posts; basic work on build process.
1.00 hours: Wendat: Project meeting and tweaks to keystroke shortcuts.
3.50 hours: DVPP: Soft launch day: Refreshed most of the TEI metadata, made tweaks to CSS for layout, fixed a couple of bugs resulting from last-minute changes, and rebuilt and released a couple of times.

0.50 hours: Urgent rebuild and republish of DVPP before breakfast, for presentation.
0.50 hours: ProD: More investigation of Neo4j, and message to CC about her use of it.
2.50 hours: DVPP: Discussion with AC about the feedback to the soft launch; fix for bug found by KF and rebuild/republish to remove signs of it from the live site; reworked the teaching package build ready for ENGL500, tested, updated laptop for in-situ testing on Monday, and updated the encoding documentation.
0.25 hours: Maint: Testing of webserver3/vihistory.
1.00 hours: Moses: Reconfiguring some diagnostics per SK; email on next steps.
1.00 hours: Endings/staticSearch: Raised new issue re easier debugging page; branched, implemented, and pull-requested, followed by discussion with JT and merge.
