Replaced the old Web View dialog with Settings, and implemented the new behaviour for copying the schema file to the save folder when saving a file. This is slightly complicated because we now have to have an overwrite prompt for two files, so I'm using the ufrmOverwriteConfirm library used elsewhere in IMT.
