Submitted to EGW, MT, EF detailed final documentation re "Transfer of Past Booking Knowledge and Responsibilities for Clearihue Bldg., Lab B (CLE B005) and Lab C, (CLE B015).
Martin, Judy and I helped out with the AP exam today. The instructions from last year were great, but in the heat of moment I forgot that they did not cover the listening only portion of the exam. I'd add something to the instructions that suggests that there is a listening component that comes before the speaking component - just for clarity.
The exam seemed to go well from a technical standpoint; I drove the console while Judy and Martin kept an eye on the student machines for signs of trouble. Martin, Stew and I burned the CDs after the speaking component was done.
Just a catch-all post to log time spent on the following:
- Tending the conversion of Indonesian audio files, which has been running since Monday
- Discussions and research regarding the future of the labs, features and functionality of Study 1200, etc.
- Admin for Lansdowne video project (liaising with the library, working with Sheryl etc.)
