Created new branches on Jenkins for the release builds. As usual there were several last-minute glitches in the TEI release process, which took some time to figure out. When it was complete, updated the staticSearch codebase to take account of changes in the TEI output, pushed those changes to the release-1.4 and dev branches, and built and deployed a searchable Guidelines site for the latest release.
