On Tuesday, did some more background research on the FR which would make phrasal searches case-insensitive, and of course discovered that we made them case-sensitive on purpose as a feature, allowing searching for proper names. That FR may go nowhere. Finished implementation of issue 267, minimum lengths for typeahead triggers on feature filters, and added an instance to the test set, then issued a PR.
