Started work on DH 2022 presentation

Set up the presentation template and started building slides. Discussion with GN on who should do which bits (he starts, I finish) and how/where to do the actual presentation (HCMC, both together on the big screen, since it’s after hours). Doing a bit every day, I’m about half-way through. In the process, I’ve found a couple of annoyances in the VICensus web interface, which I’ve attempted to fix.
