Met with CC and discussed the process for finishing the book (adding TOC, indexes, etc.) then getting it to the printers in good time to have it ready for the conference in May. We will be receiving a set of finished, copy-edited Word docs; an RA will be tasked with turning this into a book, probably with OpenOffice or LibreOffice, doing TOC and indexing, and then we'll generate a PDF from that. For the cover, we'll start from the cover-art for previous Calico journal editions. The format will be 6" x 9" with perfect binding, just like ScanCan.
