Following procedure in readme file, updated the site at hcmc.uvic.ca/servitengasse to include people whose "make public" year is 2022. Updated files in both servitengasse and servitendev folders in hcmc account on home1t.
Also updated htaccess files in both build folders to force php version to 7.

Hopefully by next year we'll have replaced the current clunky, half-done-by-hand process with something better.
