The project members all met together to plan our intensive few weeks of markup. I went through the instructions, and we arranged times and computer bookings for them; LCC will mentor PY this afternoon, and I'll mentor HC on Wednesday morning, just to get the ball rolling. For the moment, they'll save locally and keep their own copy on a pen drive, and I'll field all the files from the workstations after every session and keep archived copies; it's not worth trying to get an SVN repo set up for the short time we'll be operating.
