More work on Zotero groups

For ML and JL, we're planning a trial of Zotero to see if it will server the needs of a shared Canadian Bibl. of Legal History. Spent some time today looking through the latest documentation for the 2.1 plugin, and group settings to see how practical this will be. It appears that creating a public-writable suggestions subcollection is going to entail some risk that suggesters may mess with each other's suggestions, but the only ways around that are rather complicated and time-consuming. I created a second user with no privileges on the CBLH group to test the accessibility of a public-readable library, and asked ML to set up such a library so that we can test that.
