Received the 100B exercises from N, and posted them, after making a few fixes:

• Some JCloze exercises consisting of paragraphs of text had hard line-breaks in the middle of the paragraphs. This would cause problems when the exercises were rendered in large or small browser windows, so I've eliminated them, leaving linebreaks only where there are paragraph breaks.
• The PART IX exercises were missing "PART IX" from their titles, so I've added that.
• The five JMix exercises in PART X were also missing "PART X 1" etc. from their titles, so I've added that; I've also rewritten the instructions to reflect the fact that they're drag-drop exercises (to match those from recent previous years).
