A couple of the shield images in the navigation area went missing. The links to those are based on the ids of the navigation items which are sequentially generated on the fly by javascript, so if an item is removed or added anywhere in the nav scheme, the subsequent items are renumbered and so the generated file name no longer points to the correct file. Fixed that in the relevant css file.

There were a couple of text changes which Judy did under my supervision.
