BS's latest CSV is problematic because it has unquoted fields which themselves have quotes in them. When asked to switch on quoting for all fields, it seems the result is borked in his own software (don't know what that is, yet; no answer to that question). If necessary we could switch him to LibreOffice, which we know works.
