Started work on the splitting of rendering hyphs so that in the
two contexts (examples and entries) they appear completely different.
Initially implemented the required changes for the example context and then
for the entry context, and all appears to be well, except that we’re getting
duplicated hyphens in the example context where they appear both inside the
<phon> element that’s being retrieved for display, and
also between <m> elements in the <hyph>
itself. Wrote to ML for clarification on this.
