Schema and XSLT conversion

Worked on the schema, which is now beginning to solidify, with the basic entry element dividing into a person element, a location element, personGrp elements (mostly for 1871), and then the various generic note/comment elements, some of which will end up inside location or person. I’m also working on the conversion at the same time, since this helps clarify decisions along the way. Spent some time on the very slow LAC site checking that family ids are unique within a census sub-[sub-]district, and that they were taken from original census materials. There are striking discrepancies between our data and theirs, though; it’s frequently the case that I cannot find any sign of one of our records in their data at all.
