MoEML/LEMDO/MoMS meeting and fallout

Joint meeting so we could address some things which cross over
between the projects, relating to the mayoral shows. Out of this,
several tickets were raised, and I completed all of the ones raised
today as well as a couple of others. I confirmed the availability of
@resp everywhere we need it; added handling and styling
for the <trailer>, <salute>, and
<signed> elements; flipped the order of some
items in the slideout panel in LEMDO; generated a large URL to show
all the places on the Agas Map which don’t have modern coordinates;
and added Schematron to catch bad annotation/collation links. Followed
up the last with a large dollop of remediation, because dozens of bad
links were found.
