A.S.SP speech numbering in the PDF

I’ve got the speech numbers appearing in the right margin in the PDF, which is OK, but it highlights a problem that was already there and needs a lot of work: the area for marginal notes is not constrained, and the content pushes over to the edge of the page. With the added issue of needing marginal notes to be on the right on both page-layouts, this is going to need some tweaking. I need to give the notes more space, right-align them, and then extend the headers over to align with them. I’ve been trying a range of solutions but so far nothing is working exactly right. This will take a lot of experimentation.
