Cleanup after TEI release

The TEI release the day before yesterday has thrown up a number of odd issues because of changes to the TEI schema, and most only became apparent after we rebuilt our own schema. One Schematron rule we were deleting from TEI had its ident changed, so our deletion was failing. Another issue was that tei pointers now aren’t allowed to have spaces in them, and although ours never should have had spaces, in many of the unremediated files, there were spaces resulting from conversion. Also cleaned up a couple of GitHub tickets.
