On Tuesday, worked on a couple of fixes from the diagnostics.
On Wednesday, worked on constraining the content model of <bibl>,
and then fixed some weird encodings that had resulted from the availability of
elements that should never have been used. Then went on to constrain <org>
and <surface>. Then did some more minor fixes from diagnostics while
running other project builds.
On Thursday, fixed a build break which arose from the constraints I added the day before
to clean up the <surface> content model; it turned out that although we
never actually use it, we do suggest and exemplify in the documentation the use of <label>
inside <surface>. The processing has also supported this since 2019. Then did a little
more diagnostics work, reducing the number of pointless <div>/@type
attribute values.
