On Wednesday, after IN succeeded in debugging a complicated build
break from the weekend, I raised a ticket to discuss creating a much
simpler content model for the <text> element, helping
to avoid unexpected content that may break builds.
On Friday, IN discovered that the anthology build process was erroneously creating an empty HTML page with an error message named for the anthology id; this turned out to be caused by the fact that it retrieves the list of pages for building from the anthology diagnostics output, and that id is listed there because its publication status needs to be checked. Committed a fix for this.
