On Wednesday, spent some time with SS and NH working on
schema changes to make list/@rend required.
On Thursday, spent more time debugging the fallout from this, and eventually
reversed the process because all the TEI spec files, along with lots of
generated XML created during the build file, does not include @rend.
Re-opened the GH ticket.
