On Tuesday, had some discussion and raised a ticket relating to the large number of external images the QME site wants to use. We can’t keep putting them into the repository, so we need an additional location for images which are not from the repo, nor are they facsimiles. We have a plan.
On Wednesday, implemented a new prefixDef (edimg), uploaded
the collection of images provided, and test-encoded a sample document from
3LL. Links seem to be working fine, so it’s now over to NH to do documentation,
and to the QME folks to finish their encoding.
On Friday, NH and PS presented the design for the facsimile viewer, and we had a long discussion of how it will be developed and integrated into our sites.
