LEMDO debugging of build breaks

Had a build break on Thursday; initial attempt to fix was a failure, so
came back to it on Friday. It was caused by a mismatch between the pointers to
facsimile images and the <graphic>/@url attribute. This is
happening a lot, so I added some Schematron to try to prevent it..
