2022-09-27: Tickets and Schematron fixes
Followed up on last week’s tickets, closing some that were resolved after testing; implemented a couple more tickets, and rewrote some Schematron and processing to handle signature numbers that prove to be more complicated in structure than we assumed.

Various shenanigans to figure out a build-break caused by the annoying issue where a strategically-placed comment can cause the pb-split process to go haywire. Discussed whether to try to eliminate all comments which might cause this problem, but elected to wait and see if it crops up again; it may be so rare as to be not worth the trouble. An attempt to rewrite the process itself to avoid the issue simply adds a lot of processing time to the build, so that’s not ideal. Had a project meeting at which a couple of new tickets were raised.
