Rescuing an old 90s site

Following a request from LS to retrieve and re-publish a very old instructional site available only in the Wayback Machine, GN scraped all the content, and I then wrote a processing pipeline to turn it into modern XHTML and make it valid. This is now published at hcmc.uvic.ca/eol/lwta/. There were also some linked exercises made with ToolBook, and we spent some time investigating whether these could be rescued, but it does not seem likely (other than by reconstructing the exercises from the strings found inside the exercise files).
