On Tuesday, JJ and I proofed the final paper and the intro, and we are now ready to post copies for final checks by authors.
On Thursday, JJ finished editing while I wrote a build process to create a coherent preview site which we could post for the authors to view; posted it and informed them. Fixes and tweaks are already coming in.
