Encoding training day 2; more home page work

A second day of training during which more poems were encoded; I think the RAs can move forward more independently now, and we can add one more little new thing every time they come in and work. I also fixed some bugs in the processing of poems relating to menu links and footer processing, and we had a productive project meeting and planning session.
