Encoding training; more home page work

Had a training session with CC, SP and NM during which they and I each encoded a Keepsake poem. Made some tweaks after the session to finish up a couple of edge-cases. Then added a new Scottish Poets page with nationality-based generation of person lists, added a home page card for it, and swapped out the old home page for the new.
