Automated adding of useful renditions

There are three potentially always-useful rendition elements for transcriptions which we might as well add to the header of every TEI transcription file that does not yet have them, to simplify the CSS refresh work that’s coming. Over the weekend I wrote an XSLT file to add them and record the changes, and having tested and tweaked that today, I’ve run it against the Blackwoods collection with no problems. I intend to follow up each metadata-refresh of a periodical’s TEI files with a run of this process until they’re all done in a week or so.
