Over the weekend, processed the next batch of Temple Bar poems into XML. On Monday, worked through some filenaming issues from the diagnostics. Then EW noticed that we don’t have enough leading zeroes on our Temple Bar issues in folder and filenames, so wrote and tested a quick script to rename images. I’ll have to fix all links at the same time, so I’ll have to pick a quiet time to do this.
On Tuesday, discussed plans and meetings with AC on the phone, and debugged an svn issue. Also deleted four poems which were fragments that shouldn’t have been indexed, and fixed a borked title in another.
On Wednesday, imported five new Argosy volumes into XML, and fix some resulting chaos relating to image filenames. Added a new search context filter for searching within poem titles, fixed a couple of typos, reviewed the budget, and worked with AC on planning genre tagging.
On Thursday, met with AC to discuss the Dickens chapter, evolved a plan, and started enhancing the text-analysis output to give us the extra stats we need to address our questions.
