On Monday and Tuesday worked a little with DA on a plan to remediate all the asterisks-for-italics issues in poem notes.
On Wednesday, backed up images and rebuilt poem index, debugged a couple of build problems arising from today’s encoding work, and had a brief meeting with BL and AC.
On Thursday, fixed a broken build caused by empty notes. That needs a Schematron rule.
On Friday, began cleaning up the poem notes, in particular figuring out which asterisked-for-italics strings should be monograph titles and which should be periodical titles. In the process, fixed many minor typos. Ended up with two lists of titles, which I can inject into XSLT in the form of regexes to do the tagging. That will be done next week.
