On Monday, added a new page for BL’s subcollection.
On Wednesday, met with AC and (we hope) fixed a couple of rendering issues regarding the display name for poets, and the display of pseudonyms. Added a diagnostic to catch the missing pseudonyms that were caused by an error in the spreadsheet import code, now fixed, and then in the afternoon had a training session with AC, BL, and NM working on attribution and personography research. At the end of the day, the build brok, but I was able to fix it. However, poets were still not being displayed properly.
On Thursday, debugged and fixed the poet rendering. Then I went through the already-imported spreadsheets to fill in the missing pseudonyms, and at the same time, I noticed that original language values were being missed too, so I imported those and fixed the XSLT for next time.
On Friday. ran the OCR process for the 1870 and 1880 Argosy files, so I can pick a short poem and refresh the encoding process for myself at some point soon. Also added a new search-only-in filter for the person search page at AC’s request. Building locally to test this threw up a bug in the post-processing of search pages, which left them without a charset declaration. Fixed that, and test-built again to confirm.
