CSS remediation work: font size reset; SSHRC app

The process we devised and tested last week for resetting the font size
to 1rem for the diplomatic view has been successful, so it needs to be rolled
out to the whole collection. To avoid inadverently causing massive file changes
of e.g. only whitespace in non-transcription files, I wrote and tested a wrapper
over the weekend; the wrapper builds a collection from only the files matching
our criteria and then calls the transformation using fn:transform() to
modify only those files. Over Sunday and Monday I’ve rolled that out everywhere
except for most of Blackwoods, which will be handled on Tuesday.
