Progress on home page cards; timesheets; metadata updates

Over the weekend I built some sample cards and everyone agrees we should move forward with this approach. Lots of work to do on getting the pages to generate, though. Updated metadata in three periodicals, and did all the timesheets for the first half of the month that have come in so far.
