Working on the glossary; meeting and fixes

Figured out which glossary items are already actually linked but don’t yet have entries to point to, and added the frameworks of those entries, using some content from ML’s dissertation and from our taxonomies; did some rough French translations, which is enough to get us started.
ML provided some fixes to the search page, taxonomy captions and onscreen keyboard at the Thursday meeting, and I implemented those.
