Getting back into dictionary build transformations

After a hiatus to focus on VIHistory, I’m now back working on the dictionary build for Wendat, and re-familiarizing myself with the code by doing minor tweaks and fixes. Today I got notes in entries rendering, as well as links of various types, some of which are handled based directly on their prefixDefs in the schema. I’m focusing on rendering for noun entries, since these will be the simplest and get us started and focused before diving into the much more complicated verb entries, but I don’t yet have a model for noun entry rendering from ML. The first pass through nouns is basically working, although I have some questions for ML outstanding.
