More progress on the dictionary build: eg structure and page layout

After finalizing the new structure for egs in the schema, I wrote a converter to change the existing ones to the new structure, and validated. Then I went back to the site build work and got the hand-coded HTML page builds working, so we now have a home page and a glossary page; the tabular glossary is now built through a processing instruction, which is how I’ll also build all the other lists and tables that we generate. Now that stuff is done, I can actually start work on rendering first egs then entries. We have a tight deadline, but I think we can make it.
